Abstract
The article deals with the general principes of the Moslem legal culture, which are caused by religeous, legal and moral norms of the “sacred texts” of the Koran and Sunna, as well some specialities of the realisation of theese principes in the countries of Moslem fondamentalism and in the “advanced” Arabic countries.
