Abstract
This article is devoted analysis of such complicated phenomenon of constitutionalism, main components of which can be named as following: system of views, the unity of constitutional institutes, system of constitutional relations, system of appropriate structures. Constitutionalism with help of all its components which have big effect on foundation, function, development and guarantee not only constitutional rights and freedoms of human and citizen, but forming and accomplishing of all juridical rights as well.
