Abstract

the article is devoted to the questions connected with the constitutional reform's organization and realization in Turkmenistan. The main motivations of the reform are the reforms which were initiated by the President of Turkmenistan G.М. Berdymukhamedov. The important place is given to main changes which were set to the Constitution of Turkmenistan. The short structural and informative analysis of innovation and constitutional amendments is adduced.
