- Abstract
- The present issue's review evaluates its contents from the perspective of the Russian historical and philosophical tradition as a relevant contribution to development of the philosophy of law in Russia. It contains general conclusions drawn on the analysis of the articles, concerning the actual state and the perspectives of the integral jurisprudence, refl ection upon correlation of human rights and state in the context of the libertarian interpretation of law.
