- Abstract
- In the article the functions of constitutional rights and freedoms of personality in the contex of the cooperation of civic community and of rule-of-law state are revealed: reaching the accordion of the interests of individual personality with the society and the state; the determination of the measure of the freedom of personality; the limitation of the arbitrariness of the representatives of power of the state, control of their activity; the maintenance of law and legality; the permission of confl ict situations in the sphere of the rights of man; the development of the obsolete fragments in the branch legislation; training lawful culture; the rapprochement of the lawful systems of the present.
