- Abstract
- To present article are examined such aspects as the vital problems of law, the relationship of the object of owner's and economic law; are analyzed separate examples of the lawful regulation of social economic relations by the rules of owner's law; the conclusion is made that owner's right can be conditionally considered as mikromodel of the economic law of the Russian Federation.
