Abstract

This article is dedicated to the study of the provisions of the normative legal acts governing the reform of the State academies of Sciences of Russia. Some shortcomings of these acts, as well as of the procedure for the adoption are noted, in particular the absence of the preliminary discussion of the Bill, the haste when it was adopted, the uncertainly in the interaction of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Federal Agency of Scientific Organizations.
