Abstract
The characteristic of features of the legal system of the Republic of Republic of Belarus regarding its Roman-Germanic origin, and intra-signs - Slavic and Scandinavian groups of legal systems. The analysis of the territorial nature of the Belarusian legal system, the specifi cs of the sources the system of national law, regulatory uniformity is make. The problems of the conceptual features of the legal foundation of the Belarusian law national legal type of thinking are considered.
