- Abstract
- Тhe article is dedicated to the role of the Russian Supreme Court's clarifi cations as to how the judges of courts of general jurisdiction should apply federal legislation on administrative liability in improving the provisions of the Russian Code of Administrative Offences. Based on an analysis of the resolutions of the Plenum of the Russian Supreme Court and the resolutions of the Presidium of the Russian Supreme Court on issues connected with the form, content and status of decisions of a procedural nature in casesrelating to administrative offences, proposals are being put together which aim further to develop the legal basis for judges' actions in this particular sphere.
