- Abstract
- The problems of the legal institutes modernization are considered from the point of semiotic approach joined with methodology of social constructivism and social anthropology; the factors determining the changeableness of the original idea of legislator and stipulating impossibility of the conclusive interpretation of legal texts are discovered; the problems of interpretation risks arising from internalization and legitimation of new legal institutes in legal consciousness are contemplated; a category of institutional relativity applicable to research of adoption of legal texts from other legal systems is developed having regard to the concept of linguistic relativity.
