- Abstract
- Article is devoted studying of features of legal regulation of procedure of judicial disposal of legal proceeding about high treasons in the Russian state in 80 - 90th of XIX century. Politician, spent by government of Alexander III was directed on restoration of a mode of legality and the law and order, had complex, all-round character. It is necessary to name the basic directions of a course of correction of the legislation regulating an order of administration of justice on high treasons: 1) restrictions of principles of competitiveness and publicity, 2) changes in jurisdiction defi nition, 3) development of special jurisdiction, 4) changes in inquiry manufacture on high treasons
