- Abstract
- In the article the modern administrative procedures are researched and proposals for their modernization are developed, aimed at minimization of corruption potential while making and realizing managerial decisions. Corruption is considered as a consequence of excessive government interference in the economy. A conclusion is made that corruption gains dangerous forms exactly in the law enforcement system, which must resist it by definition. In connection with it the goal of developing anti-corruption programmes by certain ministries and governmental structures is actualized, like those that have already been prepared by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and Ministry of Home Affairs of the Russian Federation. As a social, political and economic phenomenon, corruption is examined in the article in various manifestations, and counteraction to it is obviously one of the functions of the law machinery.
