- Abstract
- Discussed at present in the Russian theory of law problems of understanding of law are analyzed by the author within the context of opposition of world-view nature between the system-centrism (traditional for Russia) and human being-centrism (assumed as the basis of the Constitution of Russia) types of political legal culture. Factors, which facilitate overcoming of divergence in strategy of legal development of the country, caused by this opposition, are examined in the article. The author substantiates the need for the doctrine of understanding of law, based on the universal legal and democratic values and considering in this case the national and historical special features of Russia.
