- Annotation: Yuriy Voloshin - candidate of juridical sciences, associate professor and full professor of constitutional, administrative and international law chair, vice rector for Academic Matters of Mariupol State University of Humanities. The monograph highlights the theory as well as the tools of research to the problem of formation and implementation of the constitutional and the legal mechanisms of European interstate integration. The monograph also determines the principles of formation and development of modern constitutionalism in the conditions of globalization as well as phenomenology of the processes of internationalization of the national constitutional law on the contemporary stage of interstate integration.
