- Abstract
- in this article are considered the basic aspects of the legal doctrine of Eugen Ehrlich (1862-1922), the founder of sociology of law. The particular accent is put at the integrative character of Ehrlich's doctrine, as well as at the key role of conception of legal pluralism for foundation of the sociological approach to law.
