- Abstract
- International Law rules are applicable in the legal interrelations and disputes between States and foreign private persons. But selectively and not directly - that is in the quality of rules recepted (transformed) from International Law into a proper national law system. And these rules are to be equally valid and applicable for all parties in a litigation.
