Abstract

The article discusses the concept of insigniﬁcance of the administrative offence has both theoretical and practical perspectives. Touches on the issues of judicial practice on the matters related to insigniﬁcance. Proposals have been made to improve Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offences on the basis of the emerging issues of law enforcement.
