- Abstract
- Review contains reports of participants of the Research and practice conference "Work of Foreign Employees in the Russian Federation: Problems and Perspectives of Legal Regulation" took place in the Federal Budgetary Scientific Institution Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Science on April 19, 2012. Participants of the conference analyzed theoretical and practical issues of legal regulation of work of foreigners in Russia. Participants discussed such problems as legal grounds of regulation of employment of foreigners, international labor standards and protection of work of labor migrants, practice of employment and use of human resources.
