- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the analysis of nature, main points, purposes and forms of innovation. It is noted that innovation is not any obvious new point but that one that can significantly improve the current system. In the article investigated in detais, such forms of innovation as priority national projects, public policy, public-private partnership in the humanitarian sphere, etc. The author expressed predictions about the prospects of development of innovation processes in Russia. The key role of the state in the legal regulation of innovation, in determining innovation priorities and spheres of innovative implementations is highlighted.
