- the review covers some judgments in connection with the publication of the book, in which in the form of questions and answers are given characteristics of the electoral law of the Russian Federation; the legal regulation of the election of the President of the Russian Federation; election of deputies of the State Duma; regional and municipal elections; conduction of referendum. Characteristics of the main elements of the status of the two chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and head of the Russian state are also given in the review.
