- In a review succinctly analyses the concept of the civilizational approach to the right, set out in the monograph M.A. Supataev, supported the need to use it in legal science, taking into account its specificity, which is manifested in collaboration with other research approaches and in the system of its specific technologies, adapted to the study of legal reality.
