- Abstract
- a review contains theses from performances of the participants of scientifi cally-practical round table, which took place June 22, 2010 on the basis of the Law Faculty of Kazan (Volga region) Federal University. Most attention was given to the state and perspectives of development of legal policy of the Russian Federation in the sphere of private law. Discussed the theoretical, legal, historically-legal and sectoral problems of private legal policy in the Russian Federation.
