- Abstract
- the substance of the article lies in conceptual conclusion on the necessity of full restructuralizion, reconstruction of criminal law procedure in order to enforce the real independence of the court. In accordance with conclusion of the article it is suggested to get rid of the old and outdated mixt type of criminal law procedure.
