- Abstract
- on the basis of correlation of territorial, legal and cultural-religious space the conclusion is drawn on their discrepancy, possible displays of such discrepancy and a direction of their interaction are shown; necessity of the account of moral, ethical, cultural-religious norms for legal regulation for a modern multicultural society is proved and attempt to designate limits (reference points) in a protection of the cultural-religious environment prevailing in this or that state (region) by means of rules of law is undertaken.
