- Abstract
- In the article in the historical plan the practice of the Plenums of the Supreme Court of the USSR and RSFSR, Plenum and Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation according to the guarantee of uniform application of a criminal law and its determining influence on the development of domestic criminal-lawful science is outlined. At the same time, the author focuses attention on some explanations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court RF, whose scientific validity causes the specific doubts.
