- Abstract
- Information performs as the main category of Informational Law. However, clarity of the content filling in this category is not achieved. Based on the analysis of the general theoretical concepts that reveal the content of the information the author concludes that the information has two descriptors from the point of legal position: data and semantic data. Given the fact that the physical fixation of results reflection is determinative for the law data are identified as an objective result of reality reflection by human or by technical device; semantic data - as a result of mental operations outside with sensual images and symbolic form of data.
