- Abstract
In the present article, the author considers an influence on the development of the Russian doctrine of international law and international justice affected by the 20 years of Russia’s participation in the activities of the Council of Europe in general and of the European Court of human rights in particular. The author argues that the Russian doctrine adjusted its approaches due to the experience gained from the practice of the European Court of human rights.
