- Abstract
- The article examines the legal nature of the human rights responsibilities of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, analyzes the changes in the legislation governing the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court. Suggestions have been made to improve the legal regulation of the Constitutional Court, it is proposed to amend the Federal Constitutional Law "On the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation” in terms of consolidation of certain powers of the Constitutional Court, as well as changes in the wording of the article, which enshrines the right to appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
