Abstract
The article discusses the history of criminal law to combat organized crime. Attempt to trace the relationship between the change in the criminal law and the dynamics of some quantitative indices characterizing the investigation of acts committed by organized groups. Proposed measures to improve the efficiency of the fight against organized crime.
