- Abstract
- Article is devoted the analysis of the agrarian legislation of general A. Denikin in days of civil war in Russia. The author aspires to show its inconsistency in view of inability of the government to legal fastening of transition of landowners' estates in the property ofpeasants that was at the bottom of crash of anti-Soviet state formation in the south of Russia.
