Abstract
The economy of Russia have been changing during last decades. New legal approaches to methods and forms of regulation of the economic relations are formulated, new forms of business are adapted, foreign experience in some of branches of a national economy is borrowed. Tendencies of harmonization of the national legislation with the international economic law that is especially important in case of the entry of Russia in World trade organization and creation of the Euroasian economic union is observed. In the article the author investigates the public relations regulated by the business law at the present stage and analyzes tendencies of development of economic relations.
