Abstract
Discussion aspects of conception of such legal category as "legal life of society” are searched in the article. This category is the most wide in jurisprudence and includes not only legal system of society, but also other phenomenon's - shadow elements (first of all criminality). Positive and negative segments of legal life should be analyzed as the paired categories, included all legal sphere.
