Abstract
In this article substantiates the scientific position, according to which in modern Russia objectively formed integrated megaindustry, relatively speaking, "economic law”, which requires that requires its official doctrinal scientific recognition. To implement the above objectives, the article describes the history of the interaction of economics and law, and analyses some of the provisions of the economic theory with emphasis on the genesis account of public interests in the process of forward shift stages of the economic sector (exchange, distribution, consumption and production). Draws attention to the trends of legal regulation of economic activities of the respective historical periods, which predetermined the emergence of modern economic law in some foreign countries. Given the historical fragments, and indicate that the effect of different combinations of mutual influence of economic and legal relations there were a variety of national law-new complexes, yet in recent years in several foreign countries traced common main trend of gradual integration of individual sets of national legal systems in national megaindustry - economic law. The same processes are characteristic of modern Russia.
