- Abstract
- On the basis of the provisions of environmental legislation, as well as legal practice of the United States, the European Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States the comparative legal analysis of the main forms of public ecological control is given. The specific features of application of main forms of public ecological control are determined. The classification of forms of public ecological control in the various countries is offered. The conclusion about the possibility of using of the rules laid down in the legislation of studied states in the national legislation is made. The priority areas for further improvement of ecological legislation are proposed.
