- Abstract
- In a peer-reviewed textbook describes the creation of the effective mechanism of functioning of the system of legal education in the Russian Federation for the purpose of fight against legal nihilism is a negative social phenomenon, hindering the development of a legal state and the formation of civil society. The authors consider the main issues of this problem without leaving real life Russian society in the legal sphere, which is especially emphasizes the relevance and the novelty of the research.
