- Abstract
- The article deals with proposals for the formation of empirical modeling techniques organized crime according to crime statistics. An attempt was made to prove the feasibility of criminal law and criminological simulation based on the assumptions of the theory ofprobability. Shows the need for monitoring of organized crime on a regular basis.
