Abstract

The article considers the modern role of the criminal court in the prevention of crime, and this kind of court decisions, as a special ruling (decision). Argued that preventive judicial activity, although insufficient, but claimed by practice. In connection with the above proposals on changing legislation in order to improve its efficiency.
