Abstract

In the article rassmatrivaetsia and structure of financial law of the Russian Federation. The conclusion about the necessity of compliance with the tenets of economic science (in particular, science of Finance, which is based on stock theory) and legal, which adheres to the doctrine of the division of industries into private and public. Financial law is a public branch of Russian law, the subject of which are mandatory relations on the redistribution of funds of funds.
