- Abstract
- The subject of this paper is the violations of intellectual property rights that are affected by bringing to market tangibles that embodied the results of the creative activity or the means of individualization. The issue of the exhaustion of intellectual property rights is mentioned indirectly from the aspect of the interpretation of the term "bringing to market”. Attention is paid to the interrelation between the institutes of civil law and intellectual property law. Based on the comparison of the experiences of Russia, Germany and the EU, the terms "bringing to market”, "right of authorizing the making available to the public of the original and copies of their works” are investigated.
