- Abstract
- the judge in the State or the judge out of the State? There is a central topic of the Russian-French scientific project on the study of the place of the judiciary in the State mechanism. In the framework of this project two “Round Tables” took place, organized by the Centre for Criminal Procedure, Justice and Prosecutorial Oversight of the Law Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Centre for the study on the constitutional law of the Institute of legal and philosophical sciences of the School of Law of the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. The first round table took place in Moscow at the Law Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University on 15 December 2016, the second “Round Table” - in Paris at the School of Law of the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University on 4 April 2017.
