- Abstract
- The article examines problems of quality of modern legal relations, mediated the influence of the phenomenon of alienation, "borderline” and "need adaptation” to the value-normative system of a certain number of subjects of law (legal marginality). Attempting interdisciplinary knowledge, identify and justify a theoretical law and social psychology (synergy) directly to the socio-psychological and legal mechanisms determining a negative impact of legal marginality to the field of public relations.
