- Abstract
- This article reviews the most actual aspects of the implementation of technology of alternative conflict resolution in marriage and family relations in modern conditions. In particular: the problem by a categorical definition of the subject of family disputes, with the possibility of alternative dispute; attempt to solve the problem of conflict of definitions in this sphere; proposed legislative innovations aimed at clarifying the legal framework governing the procedure for termination of the marriage, as well as the modernization of mediation in the context of the dynamics of the domestic legal doctrine.
