The article discusses the background and problems associated with the formation of a new legal establishmentin public law of the financial market; raises the question of relating it to the subsectors of Financial Law; the proposed adjustment of the term “public financial activity” for the purpose of achieving compliance of the subject of Financial Law, the leading elements of the system of Financial Law.
