- Abstract
- The history of the development of Information Law in Russia since the beginning of the XXI century is examined. In particular, a review of the sector of Information Law IGP RAS contribution to the development of the information law doctrine. This doctrine is based on the concept of the information society as civil, social, democratic, legal and safe. The basic subsystems of Information Llaw are described. There are: regulation of creation and use of information resources, systems and technologies; the right to information, including the right to access and the right to dissemination; legal providing of information security. The direction associated with the Internet relations acquires a particular importance to Information Law.
