- Abstract
- The article is focused on problems of organization and implementation of lawmaking policy in the sphere of innovative development of Russian Federation. The necessity of an effective law support system of innovative processes is well founded. The aspects of implementation of the state course towards the building of the innovative relations system and making the forms of law regulation is characterized. The mass of the existing laws in the sphere of innovations is analyzed. The particular attention is paid on the problems connected with law basis of intellectual rights which is the key aspect of the innovative development of Russia. The criteria of law making policy in innovative sphere are determined, as well as the arrangements which are made on a concerned context.
