- Abstract
- In this article analyzes the formation of the Institute of national discussions in the national history. The author pays special attention to the fact that the registration of the historical experience and the inclusion in domestic practice the Institute of similar nation-wide discussions, will not only expand the range offorms of direct democracy, but appear including mobilise political stability of society, exerting a positive influence on the state of Russia’s national security
