- В статье анализируется значение международных стандартов криминальной юстиции для современного российского уголовного судопроизводства в их соотношении с конституционными принципами отправления правосудия. Особое внимание уделяется роли решений Конституционного Суда РФ и Европейского Суда по правам человека в совершенствовании уголовно-процессуального законодательства и судебной практики по уголовным делам.
