- Abstract
- The author analyses the content of the Decree of Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation "On application by courts of legislation regulating the grounds and procedure for exemption from criminal responsibility, in particular pays attention to the decision of the highest court of some of the controversial questions that arise in law-enforcement practice in connection with the implementation of article 76 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation.
