- Abstract
- The reform of civil legislation significantly changed the provisions of the Civil Code on responsibility of liability of the parent company for obligations arising from transactions made by the subsidiary company. The author indicates that changes made to the Civil Code on this issue in 2014, not made certainty in the relationship. New regulation on this issue was made in 2015. It also has many disadvantages. In the article the attempt of analysis of the development of this Institute in Russian law, since its introduction in the Civil Code in 1994. The article notes the need for a systematic approach to managing issues of economic dependence. The author highlights the shortcomings of existing regulation; it also indicates the need for radical change. The author suggests approaches to the regulation of the analyzed problems
