Abstract
In a present article the author considers provisions of a Statute of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union which will replace the Court of the Eurasian Economic Community existing since 2012. Analyzing the jurisdiction of the new Court the author posits that the member states of the Union made a serious revision of the jurisdiction of the new Court of the Union.
